TERMS & CONDITIONS -
1. Platform Fees
Effective August 1, 2025, the lifetime platform fee is included with all new Push-to-Talk over Cellular (POC) radio purchases.
The lifetime platform fee remains valid only while the radio is actively used with a PandaPTT-provided SIM card. Removal or replacement of the PandaPTT SIM card may result in suspension or termination of platform services.
2. SIM Card Fees & Renewals
A $99.00 annual SIM card renewal fee applies to new accounts only and is valid exclusively when using a PandaPTT SIM card.
SIM card pricing, renewal terms, and eligibility are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Discounts & Promotions
All discounts, promotions, or special pricing exclude SIM cards and Uniden products, unless explicitly stated in writing by Panda Communications.
4. Returns & Refunds
Data SIM cards and radio platform fees are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to unused service periods, early termination, or service interruptions beyond Panda Communications’ control.
5. Data Services Disclaimer
PandaPTT products rely on enterprise-grade data services provided by third-party cellular and Wi-Fi infrastructure providers.
Panda Communications does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and end-to-end call performance may be affected by network availability, coverage, congestion, or third-party service limitations.
6. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products sold by Panda Communications may expose users to chemicals, including lead, known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

7. pricing & availability
This price list and these Terms & Conditions supersede all prior price lists, quotations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
All prices and terms are effective January 16, 2026, and are subject to change without notice.
8. limITATION OF LIABILITy
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panda Communications, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use, business interruption, or downtime, arising out of or related to the use of, inability to use, or performance of any PandaPTT products, SIM cards, data services, platform services, or related equipment, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Panda Communications’ total cumulative liability for any and all claims, damages, or causes of action—whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise—exceed the total amount paid by the customer to Panda Communications for the affected product or service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Panda Communications shall not be responsible for service interruptions, degraded performance, delays, or failures caused by third-party cellular carriers, internet service providers, Wi-Fi networks, acts of God, power outages, governmental actions, or other events beyond Panda Communications’ reasonable control.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
